Glutes and Hammies workout!

Tomorrow's glute and hammies workout! (my fave)

- 4x12 Deadlifts (45kg + bar)
- 10x4/leg smiths machine donkey kicks (10kg) 
- 10x4/leg smiths machine bulgarian split squats (50kg) 
- 21x7 reverse hip abductor machine 
- 12x5 
Hip extensions off bench
Stability ball leg curl
Stability ball hip raises with 15kg plate

- 8x3 Deep barbell squats (35kg) 

Don't forget to stretch out those hamstrings afterwards!
