Chocolate chip cranberry protein cookies

These are so light and delicious, highly recommended. No sugar with very few & healthy ingredients. 

Ingredients 

1.5 cups almond flour
1 tsp coconut flour
2 tbsp almond milk
1 egg
1 scoop of vanilla whey
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp stevia

Directions 

1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease and line a baking sheet with some grease proof paper.
2) In a large bowl, combine your dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, whey and stevia) 
3) Next, add the egg and the almond milk along with the cranberries and chocolate chips.
4) Create little balls with your dough, flatten them slightly and arrange them on your baking sheet (mine made 10 little cookies) 

Macros for a cookie: 130 calories, 6g carbs, 9.5g fat, 6.5g protein.
