Today's glute and bicep workout!

- 4x12 Barbell squats (40kg+bar)
- 4x8/arm single arm bicep curls (10kg/arm)
- 5x10/leg donkey kicks on smiths machine (10kg)
- 10x4 cable curls (double arm, 17kg)
- 20x7 reverse hip abductor machine
- 5x8 close grip barbell curls
- 10x4 deadlifts (40kg)
- 10x8 Lying hamstring curl with stability ball
-10x4 leg press
