Today's workout: Shoulders and triceps!
- 10x4 Arnold press
- 10x4 bench dips (with 20kg plate)
- 10x5 shoulder press
- 10x5 plate press on bench
- 10x4 lateral raises
- 10x5 bench press
- 10x4 bent over rear delt raise
Focusing on really making those reps count.
