- 8-10-10-8 Arnold press (10kg/arm)
- 4x10 shoulder press (10kg/arm)
- 10x3 tricep dips
- 8x5/arm barbell levers
- 8-8-8-10-12 tricep cable pulls
- 5x3 alternate forward raise/lateral raises (6kg/arm)
- 5x10 weighted dips off bench (20kg)
